Spierings Mobile Cranes live on Factorise for quality management

February 1, 2026

Spierings Mobile Cranes, the Dutch manufacturer that put the tower crane on wheels, has gone live with Factorise for digital quality management and issue resolution on their production floor.

Spierings builds complex mobile tower cranes at their facility in Oss, the Netherlands. Quality control is critical: every crane that leaves the factory must meet rigorous standards before it goes to site. Until recently, end-inspection processes and issue tracking relied on a combination of paper forms and manual follow-up.

With Factorise, Spierings now runs digital end-inspection checklists, structured issue capture through the Issue Optimiser, and workforce manning visibility. Operators and inspectors work from the same platform, and every quality check, finding, and follow-up action is documented and traceable.

The implementation was delivered jointly with Emixa, Factorise’s European implementation partner. It marks one of the first joint go-lives in the partnership and a proof point for how composable, stepwise adoption works in practice: start with the modules that solve the most pressing problem, get them running, and expand from there.
