Menno de Graaf joins Factorise as Product and Implementation Lead

We’re happy to announce that Menno de Graaf has joined Factorise as Product and Implementation Lead.

Menno bridges two worlds that are often kept apart: hands-on customer delivery and product direction. He leads customer rollouts, turns what he learns in the field into concrete product improvements, and is helping move Factorise from descriptive to predictive, using data and AI to help manufacturers look ahead rather than just look back.

His arrival strengthens the founding team alongside Floor van Gageldonk (CEO), Erno Rorive (CTO), and Camiel Langstadt (CFO). With Menno on board, Factorise has dedicated leadership for the part that matters most: making sure what we build actually works on the factory floor, and that what we learn there shapes what we build next.
